Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Shop Supervisor/Manager

Job Description: Scott Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an experienced personnel manager to lead the overall Operations for our Henderson, KY operations. Our company has been in business for over 75 years. We are actively seeking the right candidate to manage our maintenance division and become a long-term member of our team. This position is responsible for process design, purchase, installation, repairs, and refurbishment to plant machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Determine changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.
Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
Train production employees on routine preventative maintenance.
Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Education:

• Uniquely talented in the ability to design, maintain, troubleshoot, and restore industrial equipment and processes.

• “Hands on” experience with metal fabrication techniques, machining/tools, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical/electronic, welding, and preventative maintenance.
